Before writing in about a tool result, it can help to double-check the numbers you entered — the customs value, duty rate, freight and insurance figures, carton dimensions, or the exchange rate are the most common source of a surprising answer. If it still looks wrong after that, that’s exactly the kind of message worth sending.
